Select gazebos purchased directly from Covered Outdoor are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. If a covered defect occurs within that period, we'll send the appropriate replacement part(s) at no charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• Inspection costs or labor for replacing defective parts
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Cosmetic defects that do not affect performance
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage due to vandalism or acts of nature, including wind, storms, hail, and floods
• Improper assembly, installation, or use
• Discoloration or fading from exposure to chemicals, spills, or pool/salt water
• Corrosion or rust

• Applies only to select gazebos purchased directly from coveredoutdoor.com; accessories aren't covered.
• Any modification to the original product voids this warranty.
• Warranted for residential use only, not for commercial or contract use.
• Applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Does not apply to display models, clearance, or "as is" sales.
• Applies within the United States.

• Your name
• Order ID
• Product name
• A short description and photos of the issue (if possible)

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and arrange the replacement part(s) if the claim is covered.
